Question : hi i have a cyst like lump on my face for almost 3 weeks and it wont go away. no pus comes out only blood now when i put a hot compress on it. i dont know what to do please help

Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photograph.
It seems to be nodulocystic acne.
I would recommend you to take a course of oral antibiotics like capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime for 10-14 days.
Also go for intralesional steroid like triamcinolone acetonide injection 5 mg/ml into the cyst to resolve it.
Think should resolve your problem.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

There are no home remedies.
You can apply topical antibiotic cream like neosporin ointment on the affected area twice daily.
