Question: Hi, I have a slight mass or masses in my scrotum unattached to my testicles. There's no pain and it seems to move around. It's more pronounced when my scrotum hangs lower. I'm 26. What could this be? Attached is a photo from a few weeks ago while standing up. I'll send another photo of how it looks lying down. Thank you.
