Question : hi, i have a white lump on my vulva. there are no others as far as I can tell. it is a little itchy, but I have chronic thrust. the lump dosent look ulcerated or anything. its just white. just wondering what it could be and should I get it checked out by a gynecologist? thanks

ill try and take a picture. i have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis and i did a glucose test which was high in sugar after 2 hours. sexually active, been with my husband for about 14 years. sorry i should have said chronic thrush. not sure if this lump is anything to worry about or not.
