Question : hi, i have been having very bad pains in my tailbone and in my legs, my calves to be exact, i am also 30 weeks pregnant and was wondering if maybe the pregnancy could be the reason for these pains? it has been bery difficult to walk or even stand for long periods time

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, now you are in third trimester so back ache, leg pain may be due to weight gain, increased hormone levels and change in body shape.

Still Kindly follow up with a bit more information as you are having severe pain,
Do you have redness, warmth to touch over calf, swelling, cramps?

So for further assessment I would suggest you to consult with gynecologist for detailed clinical examination.

H/She may procure complete hemogram, bleeding /clotting time, prothrombin time with international normalized ratio (INR), venous Doppler ultrasound SOS as per evaluation to rule out any other possibilities for thrombosis/blood clot or thrombophlebitis.

Till then for pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Continue calf stretching/pumping exercises after physiotherapist consultation.

Watch for symptoms breathing difficulty, chest pain, dizziness than you may require urgent medical care.
