Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried about .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts and gross report of ultrasound scanning that you have posted you seem to have mild UTI that is common in females at this age .

The presence of few Red Blood Cells (RBC) is common and does not signify any major problem .

As regards Squamous cells it is a natural and indicates chronic bladder infection which is common in females at peri menopausal age .

Take urinary antiseptics like Nitrofurantoin twice daily for 2 weeks .

Ensure to drink more water .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
