Question: hi I have some spots on my groin I haven't had any unprotected sex recently, still want to check if this can be any std.

i had some loose / dead skin there yesterday and I pulled it / cut it which caused the spot to bleed.

Now i remember i had a thai massage recently. So no next but skin to skin contact. That's what I think can be a risk. But no unprotected sex.

I can see them and still I don't find them related to STD. I believe that they can be caused by heat rash. They are small red blisters very similar to heat rash.
Washing skin with soap and water and drying it well may be helpful.
