Question : hi i have two painful lumps between my vagina and my bottom. it started a week ago. im on antibotics and painkillers but the pain is so bad i can barely walk. i had a fever last night and chills.

Hi and welcome to HCM. This sounds to me like perianal or perineal abscess or inflamed bartholini cyst. I am afraid that antibiotic therapy won't be sufficient in this case and surgical incision and drainage would be required. It means that a cut over lump must be done to drain pus out. This is done in short general anesthesia. If you choose antibiotics then combination of ciprofloxacon and metronidazole is necessary. Wish u good health. Regards
