Hi I Spoke To You Earlier About My Periods Last

Question: Hi I spoke to you earlier about my periods last on 14 November and no period yet. I went for a scan and my doctor said my uterus lining shows it’s very thin and that’s why no period she says I must wait. However I would like to get pregnant this month but she says if I do with a thin uterus lining I can get a miscarriage and if I take progesterone then bleed won’t be for too long. But if I want to increase chances of pregnancy in the next month what would your advice be? As my kids holiday would fall in 9 months and it would be good for me but I guess it’s all gods perfect plan

She has given me folic acid to take everyday .

Brief Answer:
You can continue with folic acid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting me again about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
Thin endometrium in your case could be due to prolonged use of oral pills.
For increase chances of pregnancy you have to take folic acid tablet daily and progesterone for the same.
You can take sidenafil for the same.
High protein diet and lots of vegetables and fruits.
Alternate days sex 6th to 16th day of your menstrual cycle can also increase chances of pregnancy.
