Dear Ma’am, hello again.. I have reviewed the photos sent and this seems to be due to a chronic infection. However if accompanied by itching then a fungal infection is suggested , if accompanied by a bad odor then probably due to a bacterial infection.. If not accompanied by any symptoms or accompanied by itching then it might suggest a human papilloma virus infection. I hope you find this helpful
