Question : hi im having thin ribbon like stools erectile dysfuction loss of weight and pain sometimes in rectum and stomach occassionally. Sometimes when i ejaculate it hurts.

Thanks for query ,

Based on the facts that you have posted the symptoms that you have are most likely to be due to infection of Prostate (Prostatitis ).

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis

.Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

In the mean time start taking antibiotics like Doxicycline and Nitrofurantin twice daily .

Taking laxatives like Dulcolax at night will help to resolve stool issue .
