Brief Answer:
Don't worry about your lymph nodes, are small and painless.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

First of all thank you for your good and encouraging words. You are welcome to use our site.

As per your lymph nodes issue your information is correct and I can admit that lymph nodes larger than 1cm are considered swollen.
I don't think you can be concerned about the lymph nodes in your neck because they are small in size and not painful. They may be fibrotic and may be enlarged after an infection such tonsillitis, faryngitis etc.
You can do a total blood count and formula.
I can say that you don't have to worry about it.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
In HIV infection case lymph nodes are not specific but are swollen as in many other viral infection.
They may be tender and painful to touch and there is not a certain size that they reach in HIV infected persons.
They are localised, not generalised and followed by fever, sore throat and fatigue just like many other viral infections.
So if you suspect you may have been infected with HIV the fact that you are having those lymph nodes doesn't verify anything.
Please do the HIV test.

hello Dr olgeta! thanks for answering my query! ... much love! ... i have been worried sick for almost 3 months . the thing is ,on 18th may i hooked up with someone .i had unprotected oral and protected vaginal . halfway into the %E2%80%9C action %F0%9F%98%82%E2%80%9D i notice black residue at the end of the condom .. i asked her what it was and she claimed her periods are near . anyways i wiped it off using a wet wipe and continued ( stupid me ) . 5 and a half weeks later i got diarrhoea which lasted 4 days and went away without treatment . and a week after that i noticed the previously mentioned lymph nodes , they are painless , should be less than 1 cm . ive been worried sick ever since .. im scared to get tested as i am a pilot and this will go into my log book and well thats like a ticket to the %E2%80%9C no more flying list %E2%80%9C and my lisence could get terminated . i didnt have any fever , no fatigue , no rash , no muscle pain and no sore throat after the incident . and i cant stop rubbing my neck like a lunatic ! even when im flying ! .... i just want to put my mind at rest ... sorry for bombing you with questions Dr olgeta! but i am really worried ... and sorry for taking up too much of your time ! ..... a huge goodluck karma to you for your career :)

Brief Answer:
You are welcome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Thank you for your appreciation.
I can say that oral sex is one with the lowest risk to transmit HIV.
Also you had protected vaginal intercourse which has very low risk of transmitting HIV, almost 0.
The black tissue you found doesn't necessarily relates to HIV symptoms.
The diarrhoea you had looks like normal viral gastroenteritis.
The problem is that you fear HIV but you don't have reason to stay unchecked.
You should do HIV test and this has nothing to do with your being a pilot because everyone has its personal life separated from professional life. You can go to a private clinic to get test to keep the privacy.
Also do a total check up to check about fatigue you are experiencing recently.
Wishing you good health.
Best regards.
