You seem to have anxiety symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms are related to the stress. Everyone experiences such symptoms when dealing with stress. If all blood tests have been done and no other diagnosis found, then this is stress related. You can try exercising daily (gym, walk, stretches), drink cleaner water to avoid gastro-intestinal issues, Learn some relaxation techniques like progressive muscle relaxation or yog nidra, listen to some knowledge on positive thoughts.
Upload your recent reports so that I am better able to help. Also let me know if you are taking any medicines or supplements.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
