                                    Brief Answer:
Probably a muscle strain, follow the advice below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Yes, your symptoms seem to be related to a muscle strain.
I suggest taking anti-inflammatory medication for the pain such as Acetaminophen three times a day.
I also suggest using an anti-inflammatory cream for local application in the area of pain such as Voltaren cream.
Cold compresses can also be very helpful to relieve the pain.
Stretching and light exercises can also be useful.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

                                    Brief Answer:
You can also use Voltaren tablets.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
You can find Acetaminophen over the counter.
If you don't find it, you can also use Voltaren tablets three times a day.
They are both anti-inflammatory medications and have the same effect.
You will feel better in a few days after starting the medications.
