                                    Brief Answer:
Looks like a bone hemangioma but need to see rest of MRI sequences
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
The area in the picture you sent is looking like a bone hemangioma and is a harmless condition. Please share complete images of the area for a better interpretation. We need to see how the area appears in the rest of the MRI sequences to make a diagnosis.
Regards,

                                    Brief Answer:
You have a syrinx in the cervical spinal cord
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
You have a syrinx in the cervical spinal cord in C6 vertebra level and this can cause your pain. It is visualised as a white line in the spinal cord in the lower neck area.
The other area in T6 vertebrae which you sent previously is likely a small vertebral hemangioma. This will not cause you pain.
There is fusion of the anterior parts of T11 and T12 vertebrae and is a likely congenital findings.
There is minimal posterior thecal indentation in the cervical disc levels. There is no spinal canal stenosis.
Regards,

thank you for giving me your opinion. yes, it was because of the syrinx i got the spinal mri, to check for more. sorry I should have mentioned. what would be a fusion, is that joining of the discs? also what does congenital findings mean please. also, what would minimal posterior thecal indentation in the cervical disc mean? thank you

                                    Brief Answer:
Congenital fusion means the the 2 partially fused bones are by birth
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.
Fusion in your scan is the joining of 2 bones of lower back and this is likely from birth and so I used congenital, meaning by birth.
The minimal posterior thecal indentation means few of the discs are touching the covering of spinal cord and this is an observation which is not significant. A mooderate or severe posterior thecal indentation can cause pain.
Regards,
