He seems completely normal but ever i would say 2nd day( if that ) he has had a lil bit of blood in his snot. Bot much at all and not like a nose bleed just a lil in his snot. should i be concerned? his a bit cranky coz of teething, but otherwise he seems fine.

Brief Answer:
condition of infant after a fall

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. Haynes, and welcome back to Ask a Doctor. I have read your query and here is my advice.
First of all I wish to commend you on how well you monitored your infant
following his fall.
The standard symptoms to watch for after a fall are:
-loss of consciousness
-vomiting
-seizure activity
-blood draining from ear
-CLEAR fluid draining from nose
-eyes not lined up together

Fortunately you say he acts normally. Could he cruise around furniture,
have neat pincer grasp, understand the word, "no", before the fall and now after the fall?
I will wait for your response.
The small amount of blood coming out of his nostril is mostly from the rupture of a tiny blood vessel(s) on the inside lining of his nose. And will stop on its own.
