Hello,
There is no need to be worried too much. You just caused a bit of gum irritation while flossing. If in a few days the irritation does not get better and the gums look red and inflamed, please see your dentist for a mouth exam.
I hope this answers your question satisfactorily.

Brief Answer:
No connection
Detailed Answer:
I do not think there is any relation between your esophagus being inflamed and flossing.
It is most probably due to stomach acidity. I recommend you take an over the counter anti acid. That should help.

Brief Answer:

Detailed Answer:
The warmth in the esophagus may be due to various causes, such as acid coming up from the stomach, or after eating spicy food.
You cannot get an infection by flossing too hard, only irritation of the gums, which eventually resolves by itself.
If you feel pain in the gums and/or teeth, please see a dentist.

Detailed Answer:
There's no harm in drinking soda from the bottle left open. It might not have enough bubbling and may not be as tasty, but other than that no harm.
People have different lifestyles and different preferences, and they may choose to not wear clothes while sleeping and there in no harm in that, unless the room temperature is adequate.
