Question : hi m having some kind of swelling on my private area(but crack) it's like pimple or something its painful n cos this m unable to sit

It seems like a furuncle which is a skin and soft tissue infection. I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin 2% ointment, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to do hot compresses locally 2-3 times a day.
