Brief Answer:
further evaluation required...

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concern...

Ideally speaking, it seems to be quite a long time back, and if your friend is not showing any specific signs/symptoms (this includes urinary symptoms mainly i.e. persistent burning while peeing, itching, liquid discharge from the urinary opening, any lymph nodes in the groin regions, any persistent weight loss etc.) then there's only a remote possibility of carrying any STD for so long...

However, there are numerous different types of STDs, so without any specific testing, no one can say for sure...I suppose you meant to say CBC back there, well it's a non-specific marker in this case, so it can be normal even in a person carrying any STDs...

You should tell him not to worry, but to get tested at first...These are simple tests done at any standard institution...

There are standard STD screening tests done in any out-patient departments of the hospitals/clinics, to be absolutely sure, he should get tested once, that'll clear all these doubts and he can move on with his life...

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
yes, you can go without mentioning your name, there are facilities for that...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
I've checked the picture, there's absolutely no visible swelling, so don't worry...

Yes, there are facilities where if you don't wish to keep your name, they won't issue it, just there'll be a unique identification number between you and the institution, they'll refer that during reporting...

However, you still need to go in person for the sampling purpose as it has to be taken then and there only...

Don't stress yourself, just get tested once for all the standard STD screening tests, this will allay all those anxieties for sure...

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
follow as already advised...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

Although you feel nothing's wrong, as I see you're still concerned about that incident, so better to get the complete assurance by getting the tests done.

After that, you can move on with your life and just forget about that incident.

follow-up consultation...

Detailed Answer:
You can let it go, XXXXXXX as we've already discussed earlier...

But if you ask about absolute certainty, testing is required. Moreover, it's for your mental satisfaction after which you'll be absolutely reassured...

Hope this is clear now... As I see you've exhausted your follow-up counter. Kindly rate and close this thread and open up a new thread for any further discussions...

Brief Answer:
don't worry...

Detailed Answer:
Yes, don't stress yourself so much, We've already discussed these things earlier, just scroll back.

In fact, this is exactly why I'd again suggest getting tested as already discussed as it'll definitely reduce this stress from coming again and again. It'll be beneficial for your mental satisfaction only...
