Question : hi there, I%E2%80%99ve recently noticed a prominent vein underneath my left armpit that im just wondering if its something to be concerned about, thank you.

Hi and welcome.
There is no need to be concerned since this is normal variation of superficial veins. It may become more prominent depending on environmental temperature, hormonal status or as a consequence of phlebitis. Rarely it may indicate venous thrombosis or some other issues but you would have some other associated symptoms such as pain and arm swelling. So I don't think that any work up is required.
