Question : hi there
almost 2 weeks ago i had a cold which i caught off my 5 year old, headaches, blocked and runny nose, sneezing and slight cough with a bit of mucous and also had a. it of nausea. i am over the cold now but the headaches and nausea are still there. the headaches are on the leftside usually located in the one spot and also moves around sometimes. i get slight dizziness with it and my eyes tend to go a bit blurry. i also was diagnosed with bells palsy last year but only mild so i get pain down left side of my face and headaches down leftside and i am a sufferer of fibromyalgia aswell. although the flu is gone and my headaches and nausea are still lingering im scared it could be due to something else, should i be worried

Brief Answer:
Migraine is a possibility.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
The symptoms and signs are typical of migraine. You had an episode of upper respiratory tract infection, which subsequently provoked an attack of migraine. Unilateral headache associated with nausea and blurring is a typical feature of migraine.
Bell’s palsy is unlikely at this time.
As of now, you can try over the counter available analgesics like Acetaminophen for pain relief. If symptoms persist you have to consult a physician and start on drugs like Triptans which is considered as very effective for migraines.
Avoid sleep deprivation and stress as it may worsen the symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks
