i woke up to a bat flying in my room 6 weeks ago. i did not feel a bite hiwever it could have bit me sleeping but i dont see one eotger. i have no shot but no symptoms. i also got ny blood tested for CBC and all levels were normal. i was told if i had an infection lingering like rabies ny leveks woild be abnormal (very off) is this correct? (my platlests say high but i was told this level was also considered normal) Can i stop worrying about having rabies? I can get the rabavert vaccine (day 1,7,21,28) but not sure if needed?

Hello again
Please excuse me for replying late.
There is no need to get worried for this. This too is part of anxiety mainly health anxiety. Stop worrying for this. Remain relaxed. Since everything is normal and you were not sure of any bite and it was 6 weeks back so no need to get any vaccination done.
Just stop thinking about this.
Thanks.

Thanks

Try meditation and yoga.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
First thing to come out of health anxiety is to stop searching for symptoms of illness. Ignore any minor bodily symptoms. Don't search google for diagnosis because this will make you more confused.
Try to reassure yourself again and again that you are safe and you can't contract any serious illness. Keep yourself busy and avoid remaining alone.
Take your medicines regularly and try meditation and yoga for best results.
Thanks
Still have doubts please let me know.

Thanks

I have been experiencing periods of time during the night when my face has felt very hot but the rest of my body is fine. I’m not sweating or anything. I checked my temp multiple times and it has been normal (36.5) I’ve only experienced this feeling once before. Is this also due to anxiety or does it mean I’m going get get a fever?

These are side effect of Zoloft.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again
Yes fever doesn’t develop in this way.
Sertraline or Zoloft is known to result in uneasiness in stomach and might cause diarrhoea too. Even after first does or in low dose one might develop such symptoms. These are self limiting and will go in some days. No need to get worried.
Thanks
