Question : hi there,

i recently noticed these brown spots under my left armpit and wondered what they are/if theres a concern. Recent blood work is all borderline perfect, however my ANA levels are positive and i deal with muscle and joint pain, and pressure in head on a daily basis occasional dizziness, but there%E2%80%99s no evidence of major auto immune diseaaes like RA and MS. Any help is grearly appreciated, thank you.

They seem like a fungal infection.

However, the image is not very clear.
I'd request you to kindly upload a few more clear images.
Also let me know if you have any symptoms? like itching?

I have attached a photo with flash, hopefully it%E2%80%99s clearer. Tight/itchy feeling sometimes, but nothing bothersome, just noticed these four marks the past few days. And no, its just the left side.

Seems like a fungal infection. I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g ketoconazole 2% cream, twice daily for a few days. It is a prescription cream and you may use it under supervision of your local doctor. You may take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for a symptomatic relief from itching.
