                                    Brief Answer:
Possible ankyloglossia
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This may indicate ankyloglossia or so called tongue tie which is caused by short frenulum which restricts tongue movements. Other causes such as neuropathy or TMJ joints issues are less common. If it bothers you, you should see ENT doctor and this can be treated with small surgical procedure if my diagnosis is right. Wish you good health. Regards
