I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Open pores are very resistant to treatment.
I would recommend you to apply tretinoin 0.05 percent cream on the pores at night along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time.
For better results I would recommend you to go for laser treatment or microneedling radio frequency treatment for pore correction. This will be done by a dermatologist.
Multiple sessions will be required but this will provide greater benefit.
