I need more details like your age,weight ,height,other medical conditions,hormonal issues like thyroid ,or on any drugs etc.
If you are over weight, reducing 5% of your weight will help you to control pcod and start ovulating .
Avoiding junk foods ,carbonated drinks,sweets etc will help you to reduce weight.
Any forms of moderate physical exercise like walking,swimming regularly will also help you .

                                    thanks doctor..I'm don't have any thyroid issues.even I had shown to many doctors but no luck.so I'm trying via food and lifestyle changes now.so asking for guidelines from expert for same.

If you are planning to conceive , ovulation has to be confirmed by doing follicular scan study from second day of your period. If no ovulation, medicines can be taken to induce ovulation.
It may not be the case in all cases of pcos.
