Question : how to get rid of Muscle cramps ? I do cycling and most of the time my thigh and calf muscles get cramps. please suggest food, exercise or other inputs.

Can you describe when and how do these cramps develop? Is it during cycling / exercise or later when you are at rest?
During exercise as the muscle work out, lactic acid accumulates within muscles which leads to cramps and pain. Drinking plenty of fluids during workout and resting adequately helps prevent cramps.
