Question : i accidentally swallowed 2 to 3ml pure oregano oil directly and now it has caused me severe throat burn with unbearable pain kindly suggest me a remedy

The pain is related to the inflammation caused due to the irritation caused by components of oil on the soft layer of skin called mucosa lining your throat and esophagus.
I would suggest you to take an anti inflammatory to suppress the inflammation along with an antihistaminic.

Rx
Tab Diclofenac 100mg slow release once
Tab Loratadine 10 mg one tablet.
Drink lots of chilled milk.
Avoid spicy food or sour food.
You would feel much better in few hours.
