I Always Feel Heaviness In Stomach And Go To Toilet

Question: i always feel heaviness in stomach and go to toilet around 7 times in a day means every morning stomach not cleared at once and also if i eat some food or drink tea after that i also go to toilet again stool is loose i have taken many medicines but not get recovered

26 years male
no weight loss
no diabetes
blood test and stool test
no medication
only my colon not get cleaned once why it happens

in stool test bacteria are +++ so doctor sujjest me to take antibacterial and also sgpt was increased so doctor give me liver 52 for that but from past 4 years i am facing this issue

not uploading tried many times but new lft is with increase sgpt and cgpt

doctor but why this happens to me even today morning i didnt eat something but goes toilet 5 times to clear my stomach will this medicine help me out
