Question: i am 37 years old,female 67kg 5'10.i have dark acne scars on my face and open pores. if I take any skin related pills , i get side effects.please tell me some home remedies or any skin products to prevent it.

I would recommend you to apply glycolic acid 6 percent cream on the scars and marks at night along with a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time.
Also avoid cosmetic, facials, sugars, dairy products, direct sun exposure, oiling of scalp and picking of acne lesions.
