Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

The researches till now have not proven that taking multivitamins and calcium improve body functions or reduce the risk of chronic diseases (heart disease, dementia, cancer etc) or an early death.
Rather, overuse of fat soluble vitamins(A,D and E) may cause hyper vitaminosis.
High doses of Vitamin E and beta-carotene supplements have proven toxicity.
Excess calcium supplement intake has been associated with a higher risk of kidney stones, kidney failure, cardiovascular disease and aggressive prostate cancer.

For people who are in deficient state, diseased or recovering from disease, taking a dietary supplement may be beneficial.
But as you said that you are in a good general health, there is hardly any evidence to suggest that taking vitamin and mineral supplements will make you healthier.
It is being said that “Pills are not a shortcut to better health and the prevention of chronic diseases.”

I would rather suggest you to have a healthy diet full of fruit and veggies (which you are already having),reduce salt intake, have sun exposure, have plentiful milk and milk products, maintain an ideal body weight weight, avoid saturated fat, trans fats, alcohol, caffeine and sugar,be physically active, keep yourself hydrated, don't be sleep deprived and do meditation.

Hope that I have answered your query.
If you have any doubts, please let me know.

Stay healthy and stay blessed.
Regards.
