Brief Answer:
Need to be evaluated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As per your description these symptoms could be due to hormonal imbalance( post menopausal bleeding),need to be evaluated. ( there is a possibility of carcinoma)
Get your pelvic ultrasound to see the endometrial thickness and other causes of your symptoms.
Get your thyroid profile and hemoglobin test also.
As your paps smear is normal, you have to go for further evaluation for your bleeding issue.
you have to take high protein diet and lots of vegetables and fruits, you can take iron and calcium supplements.
It is normal at your age to bleed like this due to hormonal changes because of your age,no need to worry about it. ( but carcinoma should be rule out)
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
Regards
