Question : i am getting my periods after gap of 4 to 6 months doctor has suggested me to take cycloreg tablet with M2 tone syrup and some test like sonography, hormones. i have just completed TB tablet course of 7 months in October 2012. will it have any adverse effect.

Hi,

Need not worry, there might not be any side effects expected when you take Cycloreg. The residual metabolites of ATT would not stay in the blood for more than 2 months. They do not interact with Cycloreg. You can take Cycloreg.

You may have to check your liver function tests, as ATT medications affect liver functioning. In case of hepatic dysfunction, you must have to avoid the tab Cycloreg.
