Question : i am having itchy scalp and few flakes are also there , and think due to this my face also itches

You may be having dandruff and using dandruff shampoo and conditioner may be helpful.
If it still doesn't work you may need to use antifungal shampoo because a fungal skin infection mat be the cause.
You may need to use nizoral shampoo (ketonazol )to wash your scalp.
