Welcome to Ask A Doctor Service.

Oral ulcers can occur due to a variety of causes like minor trauma like biting, or due to ill fitting dentures, or they could also result due to some viral infections, vitamin B12 or iron deficiency, poor oral hygiene.

Kindly use chlorhexidine mouthwash three times a day.

If use use dentures, please get them refitted.

Take vitamin B complex capsules.

And if you do not see improvement within another week, then kindly consult your dentist or PCP and proceed as they advise you.
