Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for asking query on this forum,
I have gone through your question and here is the answer
Take capsule Imodium 4mg three time a day for 3 days. They are over the counter and contains looperamide.
Take a lots of electoral and oral rehydration solution. At least 3 packets in a day to replete the lost electrolytes quickly.
If prescription is not required at your place
Take a short course of Ofloxacin 400 twice daily with Metronidazole 400 mg thrice daily for 3 days.
Take soft food.
Banana toast apple can be taken.
