Question: i feel i have a uti after i urinate i am having such bad pain in my pelvic area and going a lot what can i do the pain horrible and i feel unwell

Based on the facts and symptoms that you have posted you seem to have UTI

Get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis
1) Routine urine test
2) Urine Culture
3) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen

Start taking antibiotics like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with urine alkalizer like Citralka thrice daily. Later on switch to antibiotics as per culture report

Ensure to drink more water This will help you to get relief from dysuria

.
Take Pantaprazole twice daily

Avoid alcohol ,spicy food and airated
drinks.
