Question : i found these in my mouth like small circle bumps,
i cant tell what they are
it diesnt hurt i dont feel them
but ive noticed them
because i have allergies and sometimes i feel my throat is tickly so i tried to check my throat and found them

I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo you attached and I see two small clear fluid filled cysts. I think they are small mucoceles.
There is not a specific reason that causes them but trauma, smoking can cause it. A duct of the glands secreting mucus can be blocked and it causes the cyst filled with fluid .
You can rinse mouth with saline water to help it drain. Keep good mouth hygiene.
