Question : i get random drug screens and cant take anything but tylenol. i took a XXXXXXX thin which has synephrine in it yesterday. how long can it show up in urine

Hi and welcome.
First, synephrine may cause false positive urine test for amphetamines, but if modern urine test is used or blood test (to confirm urine test) than it will detect that there is no amphetamine, but only synephrine. Also you say them that you too XXXXXXX thin which is not illegal.
Second, it stays in urine for 2 days if you have normal kidney function. BEyong this period it should not be detectable.
