Question : i ha a problem with my vien , varicose its called and later had a radio frequency ablation done , i was recommended to be walking alot and bn in stockings but after some weeks i started feeling pains , i want to know if its normal to feels pains in leg instead of its healing

when i walk the pains go down i was recommeed walking alot , is it normal to do that after sugery ? and tensionn in the veins is it normal ?
and how about any sports activities ??
