Brief Answer:
needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Salphingectomy, usually does not alter the hormone levels in any. It is not known to cause any sort of hormonal imbalance, causing irregular periods.

The absence of periods for a month without pregnancy has to be checked by a gynecologist. It could be due to mere hormonal imbalance to serious conditions like mass in the ovary of the uterus.

I suggest you book a visit with your gynecologist. She/ he after examination may order tests, especially an ultrasound to ascertain the cause for such menstrual disturbance.

Hope, I answered your query.

wish you good health.

regards,
