Question : i had a test done for Gornerhea it can back negative, I went to see another Doctor he took a swab from inside my penis, I had no discharge or burning sensation, he looked at the swab under a mircoscope and told it was a bacteria infection worse than Gornerhea? I had a Urinalysis test done the results showed I had an infection Transpanracy hazy, wbc 2 to 5 hpf, mucus threads few leukocyte esterase postive 1

                                    Brief Answer:
Uroculture may be needed.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think the urine analysis you had doesn't show infection since it shows 2-5 white blood cells p/f. Also Leucocytes esterase 1 shows very low sign of infection.
This doesn't indicate any problems but if you are having symptoms you may need to do an uroculture and take antibiotic treatment indicated from antibiograme.
It doesn't mean that the infection you are having is worse than gonorrhoea.
The uroculture will show it.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

                                    Brief Answer:
Uroculture may be done just to be sure.
Detailed Answer:
I don't see a reason to do more tests since urine analysis was clear.
You may do an uroculture just to be sure.
Even your doctor has though it is nothing serious since he recommended just to drink more water.
I don't think you may have a bacterial infection worse than gonorrhoea.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.
