Question : i had my bp last time with 12hrs fasting 81/60..
is it low due to fasting? otherwise what i do to increase my bp

Yes your BP could be low due to fasting. Are you felling dizzy?

You can drink lime juice with some salt in it regularly to get better. Avoid sudden movements.
