I Had Surgery On My Shoulder 11 Months Ago It
Question: i had surgery on my shoulder 11 months ago it was a slap tear i been workin out since then vigorisly but as of last friday the pain is persistnt did i retare
Brief Answer:
I recommend you get evaluated!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks so much for this query.
This persistent pain could suggest a strain or a tear. To be able to tell what the exact nature of the injury is, I will suggest that you get evaluated. A physical examination and probably an ultrasound/imaging study would help establish this.
In the interim, rest the arm. Also, Tylenol/Ibuprofen as well as ice packs might help with the pain.
I hope this helps and guides.
I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me as you please.
