I Have Pulmanary Arterial Hypertension And Im Taking Several Different

Question: Brief Answer:
ER visit recommended for EKG.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.
* As per my clinical experience, acute worsening pain upper abdomen and
lower chest may be a sign of impending cardiac dysfunction ( prime
suspect as there is already pulmonary hypertension therapy going on ) ,
severe gastritis or others.
* Though primary relief can be obtained via analgesic ( paracetamol or
others ) and proton pump inhibitor as omeprazole or else, I would quote
an ER visit to get basic parameters and EKG evaluation to avoid any hassle
in this regard.
Thank you.
Regards.
