Question : i have a pain in my mouth and also white patches there. i unable to eat spicy food.

Are you running fever?
Do you have history of diabetes?

I would suggest you start multivitamin supplement such as tab zincovit and tab limcee once daily for a week. If the patches worsen, you need to see a doctor to rule out oral thrush especially if you have history of diabetes.
