Question : i have a rash on my arm and it is spreading to my other arm
I applied rubbing alcohol last night and thst pink anti itch cream too
i have like a clear fluid coming out of it now

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I think the rash you are having is caused by poison ivy.
If you have recently been outdoors on the forest and possibly touched the plant of poison ivy then you developed this kind of rash. Also taking count that it is on arms only it supports this fact.
Wash your skin well .
You can take antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine to help you with itching.
You can apply corticosteroids cream such hydrocortisone cream found over the counter in pharmacy.
