Question : i have a red patch on my face for 2 months now, thought it was a dry patch but mousturiaing XXXXXXX not help. thought maybe ringworm due to it being in a circle and over counter antifungal did nothing after a 1-2 weeks of twice daily use. i aso tried Ketoconazole at least 2 times a day for the last werk nad see zero results and as of this morning ans have a new similar red patch of skin above my nose / between my eyes. i do not knkw what is on my face.

forgot to mention, the patch does not itche or feel elevated. the size and color of it has not changed other than getting some dry skin over top of it after putting in medication.

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photos you attached in reports and a red circle skin patch is seen near the ankle of your lips on the left of your face. It seems like eczema, dermatitis and not much like ringworm as you have initially thought.
You can use corticosteroid cream such hydrocortisone 1% on it three times daily.
It will help the patch to be removed.

thank you i will give that a try! i assume this is aoemthing i can buy over the counter? do you have a name or brand you recommend?
