Brief Answer:
Tests required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details,
Two possibilities are usually most common-
1)Diabetic ketoacidosis- Get your blood sugar level checked up.
Random level should be less then 200mg/dl.
2)Problem related to kidney- Usually waste products like urea creatine etc are excreted by kidney. When it fails to eliminate them it breaks down into ammonia.

Tests to be done-
Blood sugar
Urine Analysis complete.

Follow up with results.
Thank you!
