Question : i have a toe nail fungus that now feels like the toenail wants to pop off but also the joint wont bend and now it has become a rash across the front top of foot and feels like i am stepping on a water blister that isn't there under the big toe and the pad of my foot

I would prefer to see a photo of the rash and foot in order to have a better approach
I can believe that it may be something more than fungal infection. I think this is probably a bacterial infection of the toe and foot put over the fungal infection and nail problems.
If it is true you may need to take oral antibiotics.
