Question : i have a very severe irritating itching sensation on my back

I understand your problem. Irritation and itching is a troublesome complaints. But I would like to know if there were any skin lesions on the affected areas. I have attached a picture, not sure if there are any skin lesions in the affected areas, the problem is only with my back and no other areas do I have this problem

Caladryl + ebast..
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The picture wasn't very clear. But I don't see any major abnormalities on the surface except for few patches of pigmentation. You may be suffering with localized eczema /dermatitis either due to contact or irritation or allergy.
I would suggest applying caladryl lotion on the affected area and tab ebast 10mg at night. It should soothe the area and reduce the itchiness. If symptoms worsen, you should have the area checked by a dermatologist. Further course of treatment with steriod applicant and medication can be decided based on clinical evaluation.
